Vision of Shree Swaminarayan Sanskrutidham Gurukul, Laadvi, spread on land admeasuring 20 acres and situated near Surat on National Highway No.8 towards education and culture is unique.
This institute was established on the auspicious day of Labh-Paancham in Vikram Samvat 2040 by Taponishta Saint Shiromani Shree Guruswami Narayanmunidasji of Junagadh. At present facility of education from Balmandir till Std.12 (Science Stream) is available in the institute. At preset the administration of the instituite is in the hands of Vedantacharya Shastri Swmi Premswaroopdasji. The management of the institute is being looked after by Shree Satyaprakash Swami, Shree Nirmalprakash Swami and other volunteers and workers.
A Glimpse of the Institute:
Shree Swaminarayan Prarthna Mandir: In the Prarthna Mandir constructed in Vikram Samvat 2040, noble qualities and Samskaras are inculcated among the children in respect of parents, Dharma (Religion) and nation every morning and evening through prayer, Dhoon, Stuti, Shastang Dandwat Pranam, Lectures, Kirtan, Aakhyan, Dhyan.
Shree Swaminarayan Vidyarthidham Gurukul: There is facility of accommodation with cleanliness and comfort for 250 students in the hostel constructed in the year 1989.
Shree Swaminarayan Bhulka Mandir (Playgroup & Nursery): One cannot resist the attraction the little kids offer while playing in the garden of this Sanskurtidhaam in the pious company of the saints and at the feet of Bharatmata.
Shree Swaminarayan Vidyadham Primary School: Quality education is provided to the students by expert and experienced teachers and faculties.
Shree Swaminarayan Vidyadham Secondary School: The institute started a secondary school in the year 1990 wherein there are spacious classes of college level. Students are imparted education by well experienced and permanent teachers through the medium of modern equipments. Scientific equipments like Television, Video, Radio, Audio (tape-recorder) and Projector have been purchased by the institute for educational purpose.
Shree Swaminarayan Vidyadham Higher Secondary School (Science Stream): The institute has started standards 11 and 12 in the year 2000. subjects like Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics are taught to the students by well-experienced teachers in airy and spacious classrooms.
Shree Swaminarayan Computer Centre: A Computer Centre has also been started in the institute since 1996 wherein there are 20 computers. Through these computers and also through Internet students of standard 1 to 12 are imparted computer education.
Saintdham: The saints are residing in Saintdham constructed in the year 1998 in the memory of Sadguru Swami Shree Aksharpriyadasji.
Gaudham: In order to provide for clean and nutritious milk to Thakorji, saints, students and the guests, one Gaushala is also being run by the institute. There are in all 50 cattle in the said Gaushala.
Moreover, there are also Pustak mandir (library), Aarogyadhaam (hospital), Vidyarthi Kridangan (playground), Krishidham and Laxmibaug in the institute.
