With the grace of the Lord Shri Swaminarayan and under the blessings of Karyani Nivasi Shri Laxmi Narayan Dev, this institute is situated in the pious company of Gadhpur Nivasi Shri Gopinathji Maharaj and near Sarangpur nivasi Shri Kashtbhanjandev Hanumanji Maharaj.

With the inspiration of Sadguru Kothari Swami Shri Dharmkishordasji of Gadpur this institute was established by Sadguru Pujya Swami Shri Bhanuprasaddasji on 18.8.2000.  The primary school of this institute “Smt. Shobhaben Nitinkumar Mithaiwala School” was started on 11.6.2001.  Further more, secondary school “Shri Laksminarayan Dev Secondary School was started on 11.6.2002.  In this institute education of computer is imparted right from the primary education and for that there is also a facility of “Kalaniketan(Ahmedabad) Computer Centre” available in the institute.  With a view that the students can study while staying in the institute itself there is also an arrangement of “Smt.Savitaben  Savailal Parekh” hostel.

In order to preserve the Indian Culture and Hindu Sanskruti, every day prayer is held in the morning as well as the evening wherein all the students participate and thereby, they preserve their faith in god.  For the purpose there is also a prayer hall viz. “Shri Vachharajbhai Jivabhai Parekh Kalaniketan (Mumbai) Prayer Hall”. To impart General Knowledge to the Student, to develop their mind and intellect, and to increase their religious knowledge and computer knowledge there is also “Shri Vishal A. Parekh Library” in the institute. For the meals of the children there is also the facility in the institute  of "Smt. Dhanuben Shantibhai Veljibhai Bhanderi Bhojnalaya” for the Haribhaktas guardians and the guests there is facility of guest house  viz. “Shri Chandubhai L. Shiroya  Atithi Gruh”.  Moreover, there is also arrangement of “Sant Nivas”  for the guest saints coming from outside.

A very short time this institute has developed into a shady tree.  The president of this institute is Shri Sadgurukothari Swami Shantiprasaddasji.  Besides this  the following saints are active in various activities of the institute.  Bhandari Swami Chandraprakashdasji, Kothari Swami Vishvjivandasji, Pujya Swami Balswarupdasji, Shastri Swami Purshottamprasaddas,  Shastri Swami Hariswarupdas, Shastri Swami Ramswarupdas, Shastri Swami Satyaswarupdas.
