Considering the request and demand of the people of this area of Junagadh district of Gujarat state, Shree Swaminarayan Gurul was established in Una just a decade ago by Shastri Swami Madhavdasji. In the first instance, English school from Std. 1 to 10 and in the course of time Gujarati school from Std. 1 to 12 was started. Annual result of the students of this educational institute comes around 95% to 98%. At present about 2200 students in the school and 200 students in the hostel are taking education along with Samskar and Satsang in the pious company of the saints.
